Rural Hack Kit
Experiment with open hardware and agriculture, or at least save your plants while away from home!
This kit has been used by Ruralhub and Arduino in several “RuralHack” workshops over the summer—an exploration into low-cost, open-source forms of technology and agriculture.
Designed for the Arduino MKR1000, the kit features:
- Humidity Sensor (DHT22)
- Log-scale Analog Light Sensor (Ga1a12s202)
- Soil Moisture Sensor (aka the slim chirp) from Miceuz
- Grove Relay Module
- Resistors / pushbuttons
Most of the documentation can be found on the workshop’s GitHub repository.
