Is the Nano ESP32 compatible with MicroPython?

How can I power the Nano ESP32?

The Nano ESP32 can be powered in two ways. Firstly, you can power it via the USB port, which activates the VBUS pin as an output. Alternatively, you can supply power through the VIN pin, accepting an input voltage range of 5 to 18 Volts. 

Does it use the official ESP32 core?

Yes, if you are an ESP32 user, simply install the latest version of the Arduino Nano ESP32 core through the board manager in the Arduino IDE. For more information, please refer to the official documentation page.

Will the Nano ESP32 be compatible with sketches from generic ESP32 boards?

Well, the one promlem with ESP32's are they are so handy, you just start building all kinds of things. My list of two is now a list of 5 or 6 things. I haven't even finished the first two yet! Ha! Nice product, fairly priced. Might buy a lot more later on!

The product was excellent, shipping is poor. Was just in a padded envelope and arduino boxes came in crushed. Not something I would buy to gift to someone.

Nano ESP 32 used to run a bilge pump 2 minutes past the float switch shut off. The extra run time for the pump cleared any water in the pump and pickup hose. Maybe add some monitor functions via bluetooth or wifi later if needed.

I've been using the Nano-ESP32 in my high school and middle school classes with micropython. Arduino designs solid products that behave predictably. This package provides a lot of potential, and I'm looking forward to using them over the next couple years.

I am using this with my Jumperless breadboard. It works great and I really appreciate the wifi connectivity, easily prototyping IoT gizmos. I’d like better support for the Micropython environment but get that isn’t core to the Arduino mission.

Excellent Quality. original piece. But Delivery got delayed from 2 days to 12 days and 10 days lost here either due to mistake of Arduino Store or USPS

Amazing design. Wondered if it's OK to ship the board without antistatic bag though, as it shipped in a small cardboard box. It seems vulnerable to static electricity shipped like that. Haven't setup the board yet so don't know if it works. I've always used anti-static grounding with my board work, so this seems odd.
